Due to the major update to Packagr 3.0, connectivity to the dashboard was briefly interrupted while the new CloudFront cache was being deployed, due to the amount of time taken to deprovision the legacy cache.

Additionally, several APIs are reporting downtime as the status pages have moved. The APIs themselves were always available and this is just down to the configuration of the status page
